ABCO Subsea's in-house Engineering team
ABCO Subsea’s growing engineering department makes up about half of the company’s total headcount. This diverse group of people come from three different continents. Several of our engineers have worked on a drillship, and others have worked for operators, original equipment manufacturers and drilling contractors.
ABCO Subsea invests heavily in its engineering department. The company uses state-of-the-art software to help conceptualize designs and guarantee their integrity. Engineering department staffers are continuously trained in the subsea industry and its latest technological developments. ABCO Subsea’s engineering department includes mechanical engineers, drafters and an in-house 3D animator. Several full-time staffers also serve to supplement the efforts of the engineering department – document and drawing checkers, a scheduler and managers.
Along with guaranteeing the integrity of its own designs, ABCO Subsea also offers consultative services to its customers. The company regularly serves as an auditor of our customers’ designs, guaranteeing the integrity of a concept and searching for ways to improve efficiencies.
